Prepare the Package
Securely pack the fragrance in its original box and protective sleeve to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the outside.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location using the prepaid shipping label provided by our team or your preferred tracked shipping method.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
